Access from site arrival points to the hotel entrance, including pedestrian paths to travel and curb cuts where needed.

Pets are always welcome at Extended Stay America. A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. This fee includes visiting pets. This fee is to cover the cost of cleaning and fumigating the guest room. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches. Undeclared pets will be charged $200 in addition to the applicable pet fees. Larger animals or more than two pets requires property manager’s approval. Please contact the property for questions. Pet fee is subject to change.

Advance Purchase (AP) reservations are not cancellable except within 24 hours of the original booking. Cancelling your AP reservation more than 24 hours after the original time of booking, or failing to check-in on the date of arrival in your reservation, will forfeit the full amount (including tax) of your nonrefundable advance prepayment. Cancelling your Extended Plus Program (EPP) reservation more than 24 hours after the original time of booking, or failing to check-in on the arrival date in your EPP reservation, will forfeit the nonrefundable deposit equal to three nights’ room rate and tax. Reservations other than AP or EPP reservations may be cancelled by 6 pm local hotel time on the arrival date in your reservation. If you cancel such a reservation after 6 p.m. local time on the arrival date in your reservation, or fail to check in on that date, the first night’s stay (at quoted rate plus tax) will be charged as a No Show Fee to the credit card holding the reservation. Similar rules may apply to certain other special rates. Reservations are based on availability.

To cancel a reservation, please find the reservation you want to cancel by going to "My Stays" on your Extended Perks account page or by clicking here to find your reservation. Travel Agent Commission 10% commission is paid for up to the first seven (7) nights only. Commission is paid within 30 days of the date of room consumption. Contact the General Manager at the property for commission issues.

If i could give less than one star I would! Choosing this extended stay location proved to be a disappointing experience. My mother booked a room here as a last-minute option when her conference hotel was fully booked. Unfortunately, her stay took a turn for the worse when she fell on her third day, on uneven pavement causing her to fracture her foot and ankle. Despite informing the front desk immediately, there was no assistance from the absent manager, who was apparently the only one authorized to handle such incidents and was unreachable until the following Monday. With her condition worsening, I had to drive to Cary from Raleigh to take her to urgent care. Despite noticing a camera outside the door, the hotel staff claimed there were no exterior cameras when I inquired about accessing the footage of her fall. The lack of communication from the manager since the incident is concerning. I have included photos of the back entrance and note the camera in the upper left portion of the photo along with the uneven pavement! I will not even begin to detail the unclean room and smells of smoke.I advise others to exercise caution when considering this location.

I only gave it one star because I had to. The room was in my wife's name, we stayed on 4/20/24 . The hallway smelled of marijuana right off the bat. There was six of us staying, we had 2 beds and a pull out couch. No linens for the couch. Went to front desk and asked for extra blankets and was told they didn't have any. Then was told she would bring us some extra linens. We never got them so we made do with what we had. The mattress on the couch was covered in stains. The stove only had one knob for one burner (out of four) and the oven knob in it. Opened the oven it and it was completely disgusting. The refrigerator didn't work and the microwave looked like it was going to fall off the upper cabinets. Not to mention the dripping stains running down the walls . I will never stay at a extended stay again. Down right rude and disgusting place.if I knew how to upload the pictures I took I would.

The room price is very great for how much you get. Kitchen, bathroom, small sitting/living room, and a small bedroom for under $100 a night. Overall its a little outdated on appliances and look but everything works great and had no room issues. My 2 issues with this location are. First there is only 1 entrance and you can only come in one way cause of median and a u turn. Second someone durinng my stay kept the hallway smelling of pot and I have reactions to it. Plus there is a no smoking policy in this hotel and it was there every day of my 3 day 2 night stay.
